Congratulations WFM!

Willunga Farmers Market was announced as winner of the 2010 Advantage SA Regional Awards On Thursday 14 October. The award was for the Community Group Category, covering the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island.
The award recognises not-for-profit community groups that have significantly contributed to the local community.

The contribution made to the community extends in both directions, benefitting both producers and customers. 

Local producers are supported by enabling them to sell direct to the public, so they can set a realistic price for their produce by cutting out the middle man. This allows the producers to get the best price for their product and in turn, customers to get the best price for the freshest, best quality produce available.
