Product line: extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, soaps, lotions, massage oil, creams and balms as well as a range of jams and chutneys.

Willunga Olive Farm is situated at the base of the hills on the outskirts of Willunga with soil and climatic conditions suited to producing award-winning olive oil. From here, Robyn Dahl and Michael Lewis operate their 1100 tree olive grove to produce premium-grade extra virgin olive oil, mostly to value-add to other products.

Their ''Lucilla'' olive oil consistently achieves a free fatty acid content of under 0.2% well below the upper limit sought by the International Olive Oil Federation.

The olives are cultivated using organic methods with the property in the midst of conversion for organic and biodynamic certification.

They are picked and sorted within hours and cold pressed using a modern centrifuge press. The freshly-pressed oil is left to settle naturally, after which it is bottled, unfiltered, to retain essential characteristics, such as those all-important antioxidants.

These processes ensure magnificent colour, aroma and fresh fruity flavours.

Willunga Olive Farm has its own range of cosmetics, including lush and aromatic soaps, body lotions, massage oil, a rich moisturising cream and lip balm.

The seasonally-available jams and chutneys are made from their garden and orchard excess including plums, apples, figs, oranges, tamarillos and lilli pilli.

As Robyn says: “We are passionate growers, passionate Market supporters, having had a stall for nearly seven years, and in fact we’re just passionate people!”
