Sexy foods passionately crafted is the theme of Matchett Productions, the vehicle for South Australian-based foodie, Vicki Matchett, to showcase her many talents.

As Vicki describes it her food is sexy, smells fresh, the textures are desirable, it looks appealing, tastes delicious and is good for you.

Matchett Productions takes an enormous amount of care in sourcing quality local and Australian ingredients. The farm is organic and Vicki practices permaculture on this Middleton property. An industrial kitchen at the back of the property is where her tantalisingly-named foods are produced.

There’s a full range of chilli-based condiments: Chilli Jam, Chilli Sting, Chilli Fire and Lust and the Fleurieu Peninsula olive oil-based salad dressings: Salad Splash, Storm, Seduction and The Goddess.

Vicki’s wonderfully unique hand-made water crackers come in six flavours—Oatmeal, Poppy seed, Onion, Cracked Black Pepper and Coriander, Sesame, Greenwheat Freekeh and Caraway.

And there’s a new range of products which Vicki is putting the final touches to… stay tuned!

Food should be fun, says Vicki, and it’s important to enjoy it ‘cause it’s good for you.

Matchett Productions food is also available interstate, by mail order via its website, through gourmet fine food stores, and at the Adelaide Showgrounds Farmers Market.
