Willunga Pasta

You will find Willunga Pasta at the Willunga Farmers Market every Saturday

Product line: fresh pasta, vegetables, salad greens, baked sweet and savoury goods, pasta sauces and dips

Angie Harrison loves to cook.  Her favourite food is pasta which she makes under her Willunga Pasta brand using certified-organic flour and local free-range eggs. The flavoured pasta is made with vegies sourced predominantly from her large Willunga garden or from the Adelaide Hills.

Working from a council-approved commercial kitchen in her home, Angie creates a variety of fresh and dried pasta every week. The fresh tagliatelle range includes plain; spinach; tomato; beetroot; parsley and garlic; chilli and garlic; black pepper; and black olive.

The dried pasta comes in a rainbow selection of spinach, tomato and beetroot; or there is a plain or delicious parsley and garlic to choose from.

Fresh vegetarian lasagne and cannelloni are hand-made and sold as take home packs. Then there are her quiches, Greek pie, savoury muffins, frittata, and a range of small savoury pies.

“What is cooked is inspired by what’s growing in the garden or from other Market stallholders,” says Angie, “so the menu changes constantly.”
